This two story unit is on the third and fourth floor of the building with wood floors, vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan. The living room has large windows that let in lots of light and a peaceful forest view with room for the whole family to watch a movie or play games. The kitchen has been remodeled and includes everything you would need to host family gatherings and the in-unit washer and dryer make cleaning up a breeze. There are wood floors throughout the main living area and master bedroom. It is the perfect place for two families. Three bedrooms/three bathrooms total. Two beds/baths downstairs for the adults (king bed and en-suite bath in the primary, and queen bed and large double vanity guest bathroom off the hallway). And a large 3rd bedroom bunk room for the kids upstairs with two twin-over-full bunks with their own bathroom and closet. This room is technically a loft but does not overlook the downstairs - it just doesn't have a door. See pictures for details. Parking and unloading is a breeze! Park one car in the secure underground garage and take the elevator up to the third floor with all of your luggage. There is parking for a second car in the lot right in the front of the building. Two cars maximum. Also in the garage you will find a ski locker for your skis and snowboards. We provide free wi-fi and smart TV's in all the bedrooms and living room. Guest access Guests have access to the unit and the complex amenities which include the hot tubs, gas BBQ grill, and plunge pool (summer). PLEASE NOTE that the plunge pool is NOT a full-sized pool. Access to the common areas can change without prior notice and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given if community amenities are unexpectedly unavailable. **WINTER ACCESS NOTICE** At times road closures do occur and it is advised that all guests carry tire chains. Check-in and checkout delays can occur if large storms fall on/before arrival or departure days and plow crews are delayed. This applies to the entire Mammoth Lakes area during snow season and it outside of the host's control.

No parties or events. You will be asked for a verified full name and address so the host is able to purchase a damage policy on your behalf. Top bunks are suitable for guest up to 150 lbs only. Please store skis/snowboards in locker in the garage or on car racks and not in the unit.
